If you are looking for assistance I would consider other options. If you need help,. This is not the place. The owner is very cruel, crude and rude. Very insulting and arrogant. She has charged my card for three appointments, has no remorse or regard of others. Lacks respect or empathy, and has overcharged my card without my consent. Absolutely no regard for the internal wellness of others. They have crooks running this place. This is the weirdest experience and has caused me more stress, hard and headaches in the process. These people are not in your best interest. Save your money and time.

I inquired about ketamine therapy at this clinic a few months back and saw the doctor who prescribed it. I took the initiative to learn about the process, including the need for a driver and the recommendation to take the next day off for processing. To align with my work schedule, and the person to provide me with transportation I specifically asked about the ketamine infusion days and bid for a work shift accordingly. Unfortunately, two days after my bid at work was approved, the clinic informed me they no longer offer ketamine on those days, leaving me with an unwanted work schedule, no transportation, and no access to the treatment I was planning for. This miscommunication has been frustrating and inconvenient, leaving me questioning if I want to trust my mental health with these people in such a vulnerable state.

I am amazed at how much better I am feeling since changing to IV Ketamine from IM etc. For some reason I just do better with this kind of delivery to my system. I chose 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel the music from the headphones could be stronger spiritually.

They are definitely here to help , and will take care of you while making you feel relaxed as you open up more and more . If you are wanting to make changes , and need guidance to take care of your mental health this is the place to be .
