I wish I could give this place TEN stars. They saved my life. The healing journey that they have helped me begin is unprecedented. Mara and Kelly truly are my lifelines and two of the most important people in my life. I don't think I've ever met two people that are as nurturing, kind, skills, knowledgable, and also - just overall bubbly. They make me at ease, put any doubts to rest.. and are starting to make me feel like myself again. I do not know where I would be without them.

I stumbled upon The Good Drop on my own, well over a year ago. I was struggling with treatment resistant depression and PTSD for years and medication only helped to dull my emotions. Talk therapy was not my cup of tea. From the first time I met Kelly, Mara and the Doc, I felt like I was with friends who were helping me cope with these stressors in my life. I started weekly Ketamine infusions and almost immediately I started to see hope in my situation. It made me think differently about my life and my reactions to situations both in and out of my control. Not only did the infusions help with my depression, it also kept my Trigeminal Neuralgia at bay and my pain minimal. I attribute so much of my new life to Ketamine therapy & The Good Drop (and its not scary like some make it out to be-it's just relaxing). I am able to travel, be out in social situations, feel good & confident about myself again and am able to calm myself under stressful situation which I was unable to before. My experience is not only due to the medication, but also to the warmth and caring shown by the entire staff (Mara, Kelly, Doc, Paige, Shawna, Michael, Jerry and Peanut!). Everyone makes a point to ask how you are, make you comfortable as possible, and even add things that you may need after a bad week or adjust your dose if you are plateauing. I have had several vitamin IV's and even just plain saline for hydration. They don't only limit themselves to Ketamine therapy either. I have also had the hormone pellet placement which REALLY helps and takes 2 minutes, I had no unpleasant effects. They do weight loss injections, Botox, fillers...whatever you need in the most calming atmosphere ever! I have my favorite massage chair, I'm sure everyone who goes does. If you are in any way curious, don't be afraid and come to The Good Drop to see this AMAZING staff. I know everyone has already said it but they ARE my angles on earth and I can't thank them enough.

So, so thankful to have a place like this in our area. Beautiful office, wonderful nurses and they genuinely care about you as a person. I am pretty positive at this point that the entire staff are all just darling earth angels. My infusions are so much more helpful now that we don't have to travel so far and they provide excellent medical care during the entire process. I waited years for ketamine infusion therapy to be an option for my treatment resistant depression in NEPA. Finding The Good Drop in 2024 saved my life, and a year later i am still a proud patient. The environment is very calming and everyone who works there makes you feel safe and cared for. Mara and Kelly go above and beyond. They're compassionate, empathetic, but still take the time to make you laugh when they can. If you ever want to try ketamine infusion therapy (or any of the other amazing services they provide) i would recommend The Good Drop!

Great place! Very clean. The girls are wonderful. I want to take my friend but she is disabled & heavy set & she feels embarrassed.I told her not to be, but I wish they had a couple rooms close to the door so disabled people wouldn't have to walk to a room in back, plus being in a larger wheelchair than a regular one. Hopefully in the future they'll have closer rooms & a wider entrance for larger wheelchairs. I went with a friend a few times it's really Zen. Handicap parking is awesome but hopefully they'll add on a few rooms for those who can't walk very far & patients who are obese & use large wheelchairs. Other than that, I highly recommend it. Would also love to see one around the Wilkes Barre area, because many can't drive that distance.
