Wow! I can’t say enough about this place! Friendly, caring, concerned and responsive! My provider Sasha, is one of the most amazing persons I’ve ever met: super caring, empathetic, most knowledgeable, and authentic. Likewise, Lucy, their owner is unbelievably caring, responsive, and sincerely one of the most empathetic managers I’ve ever encountered who makes you feel right at home with genuine desire to listen. She is like one of the regular staff and you wouldn’t even know otherwise! From my interaction with her, know that her drive and purpose for what she does comes from deep personal desire! They want to help everyone and not turn anyone away! I always feel how much they really want to help me just like any true friend!

Good luck getting in touch with someone. Doesn't matter what option you choose. All you can do is leave a voice mail. Might get a return call. Constantly get the excuse about staffing. Profit over patients.

If I could give zero stars I would. There is not one positive thing about this place I’ve experienced. The nurses don’t pick up the phone, which would be necessary when the doctor messes up filing medication or scheduling an appointment for the hundredth time. I’ve gone without sleep or focus from lack of my meds because of her for weeks. The nurses couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone. If you’re thinking about going here, don’t. Worst mistake of my life.

This place is amazing! It has gone through a lot of transitions but they have worked tremendously to get things back organized. Everyone is super friendly! Responds back within 24 hours unless a provider is not in or if they have a busy schedule. Scheduling is pretty fast, usually within 2-4 weeks. You actually get to see the CEO who comes into office and checks in our staff and the patients. Just a wonderful place to be.

I love this place and never had a problem. I’m not real sure why all the negative reviews. I did have trouble once with medication not getting filled but it was the pharmacy’s fault and Journey still tried everything in their power to rectify the problem.

Over three years of going here and I have had four of my doctors “leave the practice” abruptly. Each time this has happened, Journey is extremely unhelpful with getting me rescheduled and getting my medication refilled. They are incredibly unreliable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I guess those doctors had the right idea!

If you are a straight white man looking for a therapist, do not go here. I was paired with a person who basically took their time to tell me I was the problem. I came out of talking to the therapist feeling worse about myself than before. I have a new therapist now that doesn’t subscribe to woke/bash men culture (directly through UPMC). This company doesn’t care about patients. It cares about money and virtue signaling. Avoid it if you want to improve your mental well being.
