Dr. Eberhart has been working with me for about 4 years and we just moved into ADHD focused treatment. She got me an ADHD therapist referral and new meds that have been doing wonders. I can't say enough about her communication, patience and understanding. I would suggest this organization to anyone having mental issues. It can take many tries. But when its on, its on. Life gets better.

I truly cannot believe my experience here - as a social worker I truly believe Adam and Elisha need to lose their licenses. They are ABUSIVE - both verbally and psychologically. Elisha is unbelievably petty and will purposely forget to call in prescriptions over long weekend or before she goes on vacation. She allows her conscious bias to harm patients. Adam is truly unhinged - he needs evaluated for a personality disorder. I am truly terrified that he is providing any form of client facing work because he has the emotional capacity of Patrick Bateman. Seek treatment ANYWHERE else or honestly - you’d be better off not seeking treatment at all.

I could not imagine working with a better psychiatrist, and credit where I am today to his expertise, kindness, attentiveness, and assistance. I completely trust that everything Dr. Tripp does is in the best interest of his patients. He is extremely knowledgable and makes working with him feel like a partnership. Unlike most healthcare professionals, he works WITH you to find the best option for YOU. He is very attentive and always review all options with you, not just "prescribing" things as many psychiatrists do. As a side note- Dr. Tripp is also a husband and father, and it shows. I truly appreciate his patience and compassion, and his understanding in every situation that I have been in!

i’m on my 3rd or 4th appointment with one of their psychiatrists after parting ways with my previous psychiatrist of 5 years - and wow is there a difference. my provider with this practice is much more knowledgable and “academic” with her work…by this i mean she goes over side effects, interactions, adverse events, etc with me before i start the medication. she even brought up blood work with me today to assure the medications i’m on are not affecting me in a negative physiological sense. she listens and is somewhat stern with her recommendations but compassionate too and i can tell she is intent on watching me improve. my previous psychiatrist would flip flop me between meds, not taper/titrate, never go over interactions or side effects. it’s just such a breath of fresh air to come to this practice and finally feel like i’m in good hands. i firmly believe she has my best interests in mind and i’m excited to make progress with her.

They are STRICT here!! 😝 This is a 5 year late review, but I was a client in 2020. I didn’t appreciate it at the time, but their providers are thorough and genuinely want what’s best for you even if it’s not what you want to hear at the time. I am glad to have been a client, even if for a short time, as I often reflect on my sessions with Kim, and her dedication to proper treatment inspires me to this day! I highly recommend this practice if you are serious about your recovery and are looking for well informed providers :)

Told me they don't feel comfortable helping me which is completely wrong so I'm unable to get any help now because they have destroyed me even more don't use this place don't even give them the time of day

Go anywhere else for psychiatric help. The one I had constantly talked over me and never treated my issues with the respect they deserved. I was constantly running on the razor's edge with my prescriptions and would run out if my pharmacy was even a day late filling them. They used to have an abysmal telehealth system that constantly cut out and had video problems, but that was replaced recently with a slightly better system.

Spend an hour telling your problems just for them to recommend another service program. Like what? Do NOT waste your time with these people. She offered absolutely nothing other than a recommendation for something I already decided wasn’t for me. Terrible
