Everytime I have either an in office appointment or telehealth it always goes great! Everyone is always so kind and helpful. My provider, Sandra is genuinely concerned and makes sure the treatment she is giving you is working. Daphne and Zeke are wonderful, they take the time to get to know us during our appointments. I am so glad I found Prime Psychiatry!

While I enjoyed my provider, I left because of their billing practices. Upon arriving for an appointment (3 of them), I was not informed of a co pay or payment due. Then about a week later, I receive an automated email saying a payment was due (in the amount of my copay), then a few days later, I get a "thank you for your payment" email with a receipt. This is NOT ok, and I don't even think it's ethical or legal to draft a payment, nor was I able to obtain or find any financial agreement with the practice. I understand cancellation fee policies, etc. but a withdrawal WEEKS after an appointment? That's not ok, and I informed them of this on the phone and I have taken my medical needs elsewhere.
I always have the BEST experience with my appts. I always request Sandra Bailose. She is so caring and present. She listens carefully and offers the best help + advice. I feel lucky I’ve found her! 11/10 recommend!
Every time I have an appointment, it is very smooth and easy to access. Dr. Maxine Z, is very easy and fun to communicate with, and see results!
