Had a wonderful experience before they were bought out by reset +. Now, the facility is refusing to give me my treatment dosage for further care since PCSing somewhere else. The ladies that ran the old Rekonnect were awesome. They made a mistake by selling it to a man who can’t run a business correctly. Having to contact people above him for him to release me MY records is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting 0/5 would not recommend now.

I was very pleased with the experience I had with Ketamine. It was relaxing as well as soothing and helped me see that my life is wonderful as it is and I need not go ‘out there’ for answers. It is all inside. I have to praise Andrea, the NP that did my intake. She was so helpful and calming and made me feel safe. Megan, the nurse who administered the Ketamine, was loving and gentle . She helped set a beautiful tone and listened while I set my intention for the session. I recommend this experience for anyone who feels drawn to Ketamine and ReKonnect was a wonderful place to have it.

My daughter and I both had incredible experiences. Meagan & Andrea made sure we were comfortable , educated us on everything beforehand, we were closely monitored during the ketamine treatment and they made the whole experience a very good one. I highly recommend this treatment! I’m so very happy we found out about this through ReKonnect Wellness! You guys are amazing.

The staff here is great you feel different after 1 session even but after 6 sessions I feel like a new person

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I used them once myself but have taken my friend here for her treatments multiple times. The ladies here are so sweet and caring. They walk you through everything as what to expect. It eases the mind to know they are medical professionals. They monitor you closely, making sure you are comfortable and having a good experience. As a guest they have always made sure i was comfortable as well while I waited for my friend. Truly good experiences. I do highly recommend.

The nurses, Andrea, Megan, and Taylor are exactly the people you want at your side through this treatment, especially if you’re brand new to ketamine and highly anxious. Honest, reassuring, no “sales” pitch just educating you on the process and being supportive of how ever much you choose to share of your experience. They are super responsive to messages and texts, extremely respectful of privacy, and skilled in their nursing care.

From beginning to the last treatment the professionalism made this a remarkable experience. The staff was always focused only on my well being and best interests. I can’t say enough for the nurses and the care that they provide at ReKonnect Wellness. These treatments have literally saved my life. If you struggle with depression, anxiety or PTSD, I highly recommend that you give them a try.
