Columbia health has been a real life saver for me. I'm so happy with my psych and the staff. They really care about their patients needs and well being. Highly recommend! Thank you Columbia staff
We are very grateful for the care and professionalism of the team. They have been a great support to our family.
I find my prescriber Diana, very helpful, timely and thoughtful. She is willing to consult about things rather than just assume she knows what is best. She is also good at offering her expertise without imposing it. I am very grateful for that and recommend her highly.
I’ve been a patient at Columbia Mental Health for over a year, and I truly have nothing but positive things to say. From the start, the front staff have been attentive, kind, and consistently welcoming, which makes such a difference when seeking care. I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible providers, including Diana L., Kallen, and Matthew, all of whom have played an important role in my mental health journey. Although I no longer work with Diana, her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to quality care left a lasting impression on me. I currently see Kallen for therapy, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better therapist. My schedule often changes, yet she is always understanding, flexible, and willing to find solutions. She leads with empathy and has helped equip me with tools that have allowed me to grow into a more aware and grounded version of myself. Through my work with Kallen and Matthew, I’ve experienced meaningful personal growth and noticeable improvements in my mental health. I’m deeply grateful for the care and support I’ve received at Columbia Mental Health.
AVOID! This is lengthy but please read before setting up an appointment with Columbia. While I absolutely LOVED my recent therapist, the rest of my experience has been a nightmare. 1) I’ve had two therapists leave and FOUR psychiatrists leave since I started with this practice in 2024. It’s extremely frustrating to have to start all over that many times. I know that’s out of anyone’s control but a high employee turnover definitely says something 2) The way they bill is absolutely awful. For the first year of my services, turns out they weren’t charging me for my full copay. I would check my balance due consistently because I hate having outstanding balance and always make a point to pay right away. Every time I went into my account to check my balance due, it would say $0. Not to mention, I have my card linked to my account so it’s supposed to just autopay. Then, after an entire year, to my extreme surprise, I receive a statement for over $1,000. No one could explain to me why they let these charges accrue for a year before they finally sent me a bill. I tried to fight it but was not successful. 3) Post-statement, I’m now on a payment plan. The card that I was using for my payment plan was compromised so I locked it. I missed a couple of payments because of this. They left me a voicemail saying I need to update my payment method and to call the number back. I call the number and the gentleman I spoke to said he couldn’t help me because my statement is “in review”, meaning they were reviewing certain charges that I may have been mistakenly charged. I ended up talking to about 4 or 5 different people who all told me different things and essentially were just passing me on to someone else. All the while, my balance due is consistently showing $0. Finally, I get some semi-helpful information and was told that since my statement is in review, I can’t make any payments. However, I got a call from someone else saying I can’t schedule anymore appointments until my payment plan is up to date. So now I’m just stuck until this “review” is over. The stress and frustration this has caused me is indescribable. I even asked how can this be avoided in the future? Why is my balance due always showing $0? Why is my card not being auto-charged? No one has been able to give me a straight answer on any of these questions. Again, I loved my therapist (who left) and the staff are incredible. I wish I wasn’t having these issues but the billing stress isn’t worth staying with this practice.
Thank you for all your help and support.
My therapist is very flexible. Onboarding was smooth.
They are very professional and willing to accommodate to to your needs in any way.
Olivia at the intake center is so so adept and kind! Thanks! She made sure I was matched with someone special and took the time to find someone to meet my requested needs (in person preferred, no gender preference, etc). Olivia is very very considerate. Thank you.
