Dr. Sendi & his team have changed the trajectory of my life for the better. TR-MDD kept me from pursuing things such as school, careers, and a better quality of life. I felt completely hopeless, and with their help I have completely turned my life around for the better! They have extensive experience on how to treat TRD, PTSD, & MDD, & ensure each patient is getting the best treatment possible. They treat you like family, and are extremely receptive to feedback! They help guide you through every step of the process, from your first session all the way to complete remission of symptoms, or as long as you need their help. Everyone on their team is far past qualified & unlike any other practice I’ve heard of! I have yet to meet a doctor more knowledgeable than Dr. S in this field, & I'm incredibly grateful. They are well aware of "set and setting", with the treatment rooms providing a feeling of safety and overall enhancing the experience, all the way down to lighting and the music! I could not be more thankful. The amount of time they take to ensure each individual gets treatment tailored to them is commendable! 11/10, THANK YOU GUYS for what you do!!

My comments are related only to my consultation visit and not to any treatments as I have chosen not to use this facility. My decision is based on what occured during my consultation visit where I formed the belief that the office was more interested in starting my treatment than me as a patient. I formed this belief after 45 minutes in consultation where I described a healthy skepticism in general, lots of well researched questions about ketamine as a drug, their approach to the duration of treatment, etc. It was clear that I was not prepared to begin treatment and didn't have a full plan for how to best leverage the opportunity afforded by ketamine. The consultant, though referring to herself as a "health care professional", after 45 minutes of talking with me than asked if I was ready to start my first treatment right now. My jaw dropped. She was clearly ok with asking me to start a lifelong treatment plan to combat all kinds of malady's literally that night. She hadn't even asked me if I had a ride home! That made me lose faith in them. Look I can see that they have a high rating with lots of reviews. I don't doubt those people had good interactions. However, I have come away with the impression that they cared more about getting me started than my own best interests.

This place has been absolutely amazing! Dr. Sandi is so nice, so knowledgeable and has the ability to articulate what depression feels like so well. Every single nurse that I’ve worked with has been beyond warm and welcoming. I truly look forward to going in and getting my treatments. Within 18 hours of my first ketamine infusion my depression was better than it had been in over eight years.

This Drs office is AMAZING! They practically gave me my life back. The Sendi’s are so compassionate and friendly that you’ll never feel awkward, the staff remember you after only a few visits. I spent 2.5 yrs with them and only leaving due to moving across the country. If you’re struggling with depression or addiction and want to take back your life PLEASE go to the Sendi’s, they will give you the helping hand you need!! I can’t thank them enough for everything!! 🙏I’d give them a 1000 stars if this thing let me!
