Wanted to seek help but don't bother because your looking at 5k for just the base sessions. 500 dollars per session not covered by insurance. What a joke.

Working with Mt. Kulshan Ketamine Clinic was a life changing experience for me in 2022. Thanks to Joanna, I was able to push through barriers that years of talk therapy and medication couldn't touch. A year later, I've moved to the Seattle area and the two clinics I've experienced so far down here for boosters are nowhere near the quality and level of care I received at Mt. Kulshan Ketamine. Thank you for getting to know my individual needs and taking a personalized approach for my mental health needs so that I could get the maximum benefit out of the process, and for genuinely looking out for your patients during their journey to heal.

When I attempted to fill out the ROI, I was unable to complete it due to lack of information available to me at the time. My brand new therapist was out of the country for the month of January while this was occurring and I could not reach her for said information. Rather than reaching out to me about this, Mt Kulshan Ketamine filled out what I had not for me-begrudgingly and sure let me know about it. The annoyance was loud and clear as I was told several times how inconvenient I had made this process for them. I want to feel comfortable with the clinic I choose to do this sensitive process with. Instead I felt scolded and that I had been an annoyance. Hard pass for me. Also, required fields in paperwork is typically notated. Had it been, I would have reached out to tell them I had to wait to complete it as I did not have all the information-but did not think it a big deal as I knew I would be waiting until my therapist came back to the country anyway before I started any sort of treatment. I was NOT in a hurry. I have been working towards this for months now…months and months. So I did my best at the time, not realizing how irritated it was going to make them. Now I am going elsewhere for treatment. I do not want to be talked down to-even the response to my review shows they are defensive in assuming I was just in a hurry and left a bad review because of impatience. I’m leaving a bad review because when you are a person suffering with PTSD and chronic pain and are looking to partner with someone for treatment, trust and respect are numero uno and I just lost my trust in them. This was my experience.
