Would have rated zero if possible. Don't believe them when they say that they care about you and your mental health. All they care about is making money. Copays, drugs, and more drugs. Dr. Reddy claimed to care but the truth came out eventually. Never sent a follow up appt. confirmation. Didn't find out until i was traveling out of state for a family emergency when the appt. actually was. As soon as i received the text reminder, I called to explain the situation and reschedule (it was 2 days prior, but less than 48 hours). They were not interested in helping or concerned about what happened. They charged a $100 "late cancellation fee" and i never heard from them again. Shameful. Do not trust this practice with your mental wellness. Shame on them.

I have worked with Dr. Aggarwal for many years now and he has always provided me compassion and empathy when it comes to my care. He always maintains a professional attitude, is very friendly and I always feel heard during my appointments with him. I visited the office to make an appointment and left my contact information at the front desk. I was told I would receive a call within 5 days to schedule the appointment. It's now been 3 weeks, and I haven’t heard anything back. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism.

I am trying to stay optimistic, but so far, I’m really disappointed. I became a patient here about four months ago and for four months, I’m still waiting to hear my results for my TOVA test which costed me $400 out of pocket. Insurance didn’t cover it, that’s whatever, but to wait for months just for my results and treatment has been insane. My nurse practitioner is fine, though she did forget about my appointment once and was nearly half an hour late which was quite unfair since patients can’t be late. I initially had a good impression of the front desk staff during calls and appointment reminders, but this last time I called, she sounded snappy towards me for simply asking when my next appointment was. I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt but I’m very disappointed, seeing how highly rated this business is compared to my experience so far.

I've been seeing Dr. Aggarwal for almost a year now and The NeuroPsych office is so amazing. The staff are great and the doctors are so responsive when you send messages or questions.

Dr Ram at NeuroPsych is a very well experienced Dr. I have been seeing him for over 10 years and has helped me with all my needs. Very personal and attentive every time I see. Some times I wish he was my therapist because every thing he says is very helpful. He has brought me to a great experience and getting well. No complaints.I wish their were more stars then 5.

I started seeing Dr. Sekhon around 2014. As a chronically complex teenager with a lot of mental health struggles, I was definitely not the easiest patient to manage medications and therapies for! But through it all, Dr. Sekhon was such a steady, encouraging, and gentle presence that helped me stay so grounded. I left the state to attend college, and when I came back to the area after graduation, I immediately reached out to connect with his office again because I have genuinely not found another doctor who has been able to manage things the way he does. His office staff has always been awesome as well - super prompt, very responsive, and as kind as he is - and the office environment overall has been a comfort in really difficult times. Dr. Sekhon is extremely knowledgeable, and he's assertive in his treatment while still being meticulous and careful. He found me the medication that legitimately saved my life, and I am unbelievably grateful for that still. He is and has been such an incredible part of my support system, and I am so appreciative of the work he's done for me. I truly cannot recommend him enough!
